Kelm Acubar started its large component machining in 1963, in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

The Armor Group, Inc. based in Mason, OH acquired Kelm Acubar, in December of 2022. Armor incorporated Kelm Acubar with Armor’s existing machining operations to provide increased offerings and capacity to meet growing demands well into the future. The combined forces were named Armor Acubar  and became a product line under our Armor Contract Manufacturing division.

Like Kelm Acubar, Armor Acubar is committed to quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. With today’s atmosphere of constant change and new challenges our goal is still to deliver the best products possible, completed to customer specifications in the specified time required.
