    Milling Equipment

    At Armor Machining, a subdivision of Armor Contract Manufacturing, our highly skilled machinists have 15 CNC vertical milling machines and 4 CNC horizontal milling machines at their disposal to complete a wide variety of prototyping, low-volume, or large-scale production projects for our customers. Our milling machines can handle workpieces up to 50” x 26” x 25”, with a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. This means that we can accommodate a wide range of sizes and materials, from small parts to large industrial components.

    Vertical Milling

    DOOSAN DNM 400II: high-speed CNC vertical milling machine with a 12,000 RPM spindle, a 30-tool arm type tool changer, and a 39.4″ x 19.7″ x 19.7″ work envelope. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,100 lbs.

    ENSHU S-400: CNC vertical milling machine that features a 10,000 RPM spindle, a 30-tool arm type tool changer, and a 40″ x 20″ x 20″ work envelope. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,100 lbs.

    ENSHU 650VX: high-speed CNC vertical milling machine that features a 12,000 RPM spindle, a 30-tool arm type tool changer, and a 25.6″ x 16″ x 18″ work envelope. Additionally, it comes with advanced features such as high precision, high speed, high rigidity, and high performance. It’s suitable for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts in various industries such as aerospace, medical, and semiconductor. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,100 lbs.

    HAAS 2A VF-2B: compact CNC vertical milling machine with a 20″ x 16″ x 20″ work envelope, a 7,500 RPM spindle, and a 20-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,250 lbs.

    HAAS 2B VF-2SS: compact CNC vertical milling machine with a 20″ x 16″ x 20″ work envelope, a 10,000 RPM spindle, and a 20-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,250 lbs.

    HAAS 2C VF-2SS : compact CNC vertical milling machine with a 20″ x 16″ x 20″ work envelope, a 10,000 RPM spindle, and a 30-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 1,250 lb.

    HAAS 4A, VF-4SS: CNC vertical milling machine that is equipped with a 4th axis rotary table. It features a 30″ x 16″ x 20″ work envelope, a 12,000 RPM spindle, and a 40-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 2,000 lbs.

     

     

    HAAS 4B, VF-4SS: CNC vertical milling machine that is equipped with a 4th axis rotary table. It features a 40″ x 20″ x 25″ work envelope, a 12,000 RPM spindle, and a 40-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 3,500 lbs.

    HAAS 4C VF-4SS: CNC vertical milling machine that is equipped with a 4th axis rotary table. It features a 40″ x 20″ x 25″ work envelope, a 12,000 RPM spindle, and a 40-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 3,500 lbs.

    HAAS VF5 VF5/50: large-sized CNC vertical milling machine with a 50″ x 26″ x 25″ work envelope, a 12,000 RPM spindle, and a 40-tool side-mount tool changer. Maximum workpiece weight of 4,000 lbs.

    Horizontal Milling
